Your official price is your signed contract. No estimate, verbal quote, email, or preliminary figure constitutes a binding price. The final agreed-upon price will be stated in a written contract signed by both parties prior to any work beginning. Any changes in scope, materials, or conditions after contract signing may be subject to a change order.
Photos and descriptions may not capture everything. A full on-site assessment may reveal conditions not visible in photos or described in text that affect scope, cost, or feasibility of the project.
